It was great to see friends, spouses and children of Rotarians as well.
One Rotarian, in particular, we would like to mention is Angie’s cousin, Tim Bannister, who is a fellow Rotarian currently living in Africa. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Arusha, Tanzania, District 9211. He has a fascinating blog. Take a look if you get a chance!
 | It was great to hang out with each other and get to know one another better. We enjoyed lots of great food and shared a few laughs. We played a fun team building game called “Untangle the Ropes” and there were plenty of giggles trying to figure out it out! |
 | We also were able to connect with Lauren Lockhart in France via FaceTime! We had arranged this ahead of time, and Lauren didn’t mind staying up. It 1:30 in France! We are looking forward to her presentation in the fall about her adventures abroad! Lauren is taking part in the Rotary Short-Term Exchange Program.
