On Oct. 24, 2018, members of Interact and Rotary raised the “End Polio Now” flag at the Sussex Town Hall.
Secretary Rhoda Wilson reported that Rotary has just won the Best Nonprofit Act for its polio eradication work. Rotary was given this award in the context of the Hero Awards of the One Billion Acts of Peace Campaign through the PeaceJam Foundation that is led by 14 Nobel Peace Prize laureates.
