For our March 11, 2019 meeting. Rotarian Shelley Vail introduced President Lisa Brown as our speaker. In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, Lisa Brown shared her Irish heritage explaining how she met her Irish husband, Seamus, in Toronto. Lisa included pictures of her many costumes (similar to Mr. Dress-up) and scenery of Ireland, where she once lived prior to moving back to New Brunswick. Lisa enthusiastically shared green scarves, stickers, and hats. Today’s props included early school readers, picture books, and a flag of Ireland (green, white, orange), signifying the Catholics, peace, and the Protestants.
