Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Sussex for being awarded Club of the Year for District 7810 at the District Conference the past weekend in Fredericton! Thanks to Lisa Sharp Brown, Past President, for the fantastic leadership:). President Rhoda Wilson (2019-2020) presented Lisa (2018-2019) with the recognition at our Sept. 30, 2019 meeting. Truly a great recognition!
 
Rhoda Wilson, our Club President for 2019-2020, accepted the PDG Walsh Award for Club of the Year 2018-2019 at the District 7810 Conference in Fredericton the weekend of Sept. 27th in Fredericton on behalf of the Club and Lisa Brown, our 2018-2019 President. The District Conference was also attended by our Angie Cummings, who wrote on Facebook, “The District 7810 Conference in Fredericton was exciting and inspiring, and can’t wait for next year!”. Rotarian Bob Tremblett and Club Secretary, Paula Fleming were in attendance as well.
 
At our Sept. 30th meeting, Rhoda, Angie, Bob and Paula shared information about the sessions attended and the people they met. They also shared how proud they were to bring home a plaque for “Club of the Year 2018-2019”!
